Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate courses offered at Pui Tak Center are taught by ServSafe accredited teachers using (Cantonese, Mandarin or English) in class.
Food Handler Permit, Food Allergen Training and Chicago Outdoor Food Vendor courses are also available in class and/or online.
All courses and instructors at our Center are accredited by American National Standards Institutions (ANSI), Illinois Department of Public Health and Chicago Department of Public Health.
